The intention of my trip was to have a quiet and relaxed stay at a property which is safe for me and my family, provides a relaxed atmosphere, good service, and value for money. I had apprehension earlier while selecting “The Fog Munnar Resort and Spa” property. However, I got in touch with Mr. Nibin, the Reservations Manager, who was very responsive and was able to remove my apprehensions. On reaching the property, I was even happier with my choice. The customer-oriented service approach, the staff’s responsiveness, cleanliness, and the service provided by the restaurant’s staff (Mr. Sony, Mr. Rajesh, Ms. Lovely, and all other staff members who served us with a smile) were things that makes us plan to come back to this property once again. With regards to food, as we were vegetarians the options provided was good and the food offered were delicious. On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those staff whom we had interacted during our stay and made it a comfortable experience.

Shout Out to Braizil at the Alaska Restaurant who was quite proactive in guiding us with the menu and made some delicious suggestions. Also Lovely (Senior Staff) was very helpful. Also like to mention Beena who was at the Front Desk, she was quite courteous and made us feel comfortable. Thank You.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from to satisfy all tastes. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience, and we really liked the time spent at this resort.
